對于供應商方面,把生產進程模塊化,并每周匯報進展。不要給工廠留余地,問清楚具體什么時候備料、什么時候生產、什么時候包裝,每個環節大概需要多久,整理出來。在每個預計的時間點給工廠打魚,甚至到廠盯進度,控制住每個環節,
2.對客戶:
第1時間反饋給客戶,并給客戶提供你的方案
回復客戶:
1、開門見山,說明交貨延期

2、告知客戶延期原因:細節問題不至于讓客戶擔憂產品質量In reality, we found some minor scratches on the body surfaceduring our internal inspection. Please check the photos in attachment
3、先占據了道德制高點,用品質問題說話,不放過一絲細節
We understand it is essential to Ship the goods on time. But we cannot lay off this issue. We take Quality as a priority and can not sellany defective items to our customers, even a minor problem.
4、末尾給出確切的交貨日期,給出承諾
