非酒精性脂肪肝:有研究顯示,喝碳酸飲料的頻率和量和非酒精性脂肪肝的患病率呈現(xiàn)正相關。也就是說,經(jīng)常喝碳酸飲料會增加患非酒精性脂肪肝的風險。[1]
另外,2022年國外的一篇發(fā)表在《營養(yǎng)學最新發(fā)展》上的研究顯示:與每月喝不超過3份含糖飲料的女性相比,每天喝一份以上含糖飲料的女性肝癌風險上升78%。[2]
要想肝臟健康,碳酸飲料真的要少喝!
